The rules

Importing drones without prior authorization is prohibited — customs routinely confiscates them on arrival (held until departure).
Import permits are rarely granted to tourists; professional shoots require advance authorization arranged through a local production fixer.
Recommendation: do NOT travel to Morocco with a drone. If you must, declare it proactively and expect it to be held.
